All our toys are currently produced outside Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam. The factory is called Dai Dong Tien and the owner Christopher. They started in 1983 and we have been producing our toys in their factory since 2013.The production has a very well-thought-out process with quality control managers in every step of the production to ensure that our toys are of the highest possible quality.

Everything is produced to customer order. We only have a small warehouse in Sweden to supply school customers in northern Europe.
The mold is mounted in an injection molding machine. Polymers or plastics pellets are introduced into the machine to be melted. The pellets are mixed with paint at high temperatures and form a thick paste. This paste, or hot melted plastic, is pushed by the machine into the cavity of the mold.

To ensure that everything in the factory and everything with the production is and is done in an ethical way where a safe environment is given to all employees, we have various certificates where random inspections are done regularly. These are external and independent organizations that perform these reviews and evaluations to obtain the certifications. In addition to our internal tests, all toys are rigorously tested in independent test labs. We are happy to meet the requierments of the strictest safety standards in the world.

The ICTI program focuses on social sustainability issues that affect the well-being of workers involved in toy manufacturing. They go through, among other things: Working hours and hours, salaries, who are employees and work in the factory, safety in the factory for the employees, gender equality, and business ethics.
