Viking Toys AB will not acknowledge an agreement with minors without the caregiver`s permission. Below terms and conditions for Viking Toys AB.

  • Order

    We will acknowledge your order by sending you a confirmation e-mail which will contain all details on the products ordered, price, invoice, and delivery address.

    Please check the confirmation carefully and make sure that all information is correct.

    Should any error have occurred, contact us via e-mail support@vikingtoys.se.

     

    CORPORATE CUSTOMERS

    Minimum order value for:

    Sweden: SEK 2,500.

    Norway: 2,500 NOK.

    Denmark: 2,000 DKK.

  • Delivery

    In Sweden:

    Economy shipping: Free of charge for orders over 499 SEK, below 499 the freight is 69 SEK. Delivery time 3-6 working days for in-stock items.

    Home delivery: If you want to receive the purchase in your at your home address the freight is 129 SEK. Normal delivery time 2-4 working days for items in stock.
     
    Delivery to Denmark, Norway, and in remaining Europe:
    Economy shipping: Free of charge for orders over 150 EUR, below 150 EUR the freight is 24,90 EUR. Delivery time 2-3 working days for in-stock items.

    When your order has been shipped from our warehouse in Sweden you will be notified with an e-mail.

     

    CORPORATE CUSTOMERS

    Within Sweden:

    Standard shipping: Free shipping when you shop for at least SEK 2,500, otherwise the shipping costs SEK 270. Products in stock are delivered in accordance with Emotion Logistics AB's delivery terms.

    Within Norway:

    Standard shipping: Free shipping when you shop for at least 4,000 NOK, otherwise the shipping costs 900 NOK. Products in stock are delivered in accordance with Emotion Logistics AB's delivery terms.

    Within Denmark:

    Standard shipping: Free shipping when you shop for at least 3,000 DKK, otherwise the shipping costs 600 DKK. Products in stock are delivered in accordance with Emotion Logistics AB's delivery terms.

  • Transport liability

    Viking Toys AB is responsible if the shipment is damaged during the transportation to the customer. If damaged, take a picture of the damaged goods immediately and make a complain to the transportation company. You can also contact us for assistance. We are also responsible for lost goods.
  • Non-collected packages

    You will be charged shipping cost and handling cost for non-collected packages by:

    59 SEK for deliveries in Sweden

    9,90 EUR for deliveries in Norway and Denmark

    19,90 EUR for deliveries in remaining Europe.

  • Return policy

    If you are not completely satisfied with your products you have the legal right to return the goods to us within 14 days. The direct cost for the returning goods will be paid by you except for damaged goods or incorrect delivery. The return should be shipped by postal letter or parcel. Please make sure to pack the return goods well. For the exchange of a product, the shipping cost from the warehouse is free of charge.

    If you want to return an item please follow this: Send an email to support@vikingtoys.se with your name, address, email, order number, and information regarding what items you want to return. Then you have to return the items as soon as possible or at the latest 14 days after receiving the items. Make sure you pack the items carefully and in the original package. You have to take care of the return shipping and the cost. If the item is damaged when it is returned the equal amount will be deducted from the return payment.

  • Return policy of defective items

    All items are carefully checked before shipping. If a defective item or the wrong item is delivered to you, Viking Toys complies with the Swedish legal right for consumers (konsumentsskyddslagen) and will free of charge take all actions. Send an email to support@vikingtoys.se with a photo of the product, your order number, your name, and your address. Also, tell us what is wrong. You have to receive an acknowledgment from us and a return shipping note.

    The right of complaint applies to defects that can be linked to the production of the product and not normal wear and tear. The reclaim should be done as soon as possible. We will handle the reclaim within 30 days. If we can not fix the default or ship a similar item you will have the full amount in return regarding the law. We do have the right to deny a return if the complaint does not fulfill the legal right of the consumer. We follow the National Board for Consumer Disputes (arn.se).

  • Payment

    Viking Toys.se/en offers several payment alternatives. As a private customer, you can choose direct payment, invoice, split payment, or major credit cards. All alternatives are handled by Klarna.

    Company customers will be invoiced via Fortnox.
     
    We will acknowledge your order by sending you a confirmation email which will contain all details on the products ordered, price, invoice, and delivery address.   • Limitation of liability

    In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure) such as strikes, fire, war, restraints of government, decreased or undelivered goods the shipping is delayed/incorrect Viking Toys will not take responsibility.
  • Products, prices and general information

    We have the reservation for occurred printing errors on the website as well as the pictures which can vary in colours depending of screen, the quality of picture and solution. We will always reach for the best way to expose the products. We reserve the right for any errors in product or price information which can be corrected. We also reserve the right for out of stock items which can not be delivered.
