1. What is personal information?
Personal information includes everything about an individual.
2. Following information is collected and stored:
● Personal and contact information: name, date of birth, social security number, invoice and delivery address, e-mail address, mobile phone number, etc.
● Payment information: credit and debit card data (card number, validity date, and CVV code), invoice information, bank account number, etc.

3. Legal rights and time for storage:
Your information/data is stored as long as we have a legal rights to process your information, for example, to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation under, for example, the Accounting Act.

When it comes to our storage of payment information, we handle that information for seven (7) years. Information of goods, information and how you interact with Viking Toys, unit information, and geographical information, will be stored for twelve (12) months.
3.2 Marketing agreement:
Marketing, campaigns, and similar mailings (such as newsletters) will be sent to you only after your approval. The personal information which will be used is: personal and contact information, information about goods, information about how you interact with Viking Toys, unit/device information, and geographical information.
We process your personal data for this purpose for up to twenty-four (24) months or until you have unsubscribed. To unsubscribe, you can either do so directly in our newsletter (in the bottom) or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. When it comes to storing information of goods, information and how you interact with Viking Toys, unit information, and geographical information, we handle that information for twelve (12) months.
3.3 Especially for you as a company customer
For you who are a company customer of Viking Toys, we will store your personal information equal according to this policy. However we will store the company name in ten (10) years and the name of the contact person twenty-four (24) months unless special need for personal correspondence. We do this to be able to complete the contract and keep the business relations.
3.4 When you visit our website
When you visit our website, we collect information about your device and how you interact. The personal information that is handled is information about how you interact with Viking Toy's website, device information, and geographical information. We handle this information to perform necessary updates and perform maintenance of the website, to provide you with a good website experience. Our legal basis is thus a legitimate interest.

3.5 When you contact us:
Sometimes you need or want, to contact us. The personal information that may be handled is personal and contact information, payment information, information about goods, information about how you interact with Viking Toys, unit/device information and geographical information, and the information you disclose.
Viking Toys will store your personal information for this purpose for up to twelve (12) months. This to be able to handle any questions and concerns. Furthermore to be able to complete the contract with you and give you the best service.
4. What information is shared and for what purpose?
Viking Toys is very restricted in disclosing your personal information. Disclosure will only be made in agreement with you or by legal act.
4.1 Payment provider
When making a purchase, personal information will be shared with our payment provider. What is stored is first name, last name, address, e-mail address, and telephone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, the personal identity number of the payment provider is also saved. The information is stored to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud.
The payment providers (payment services) we use are: Klarna (for private customers) and Fortnox (for company customers).
4.2 Shipping provider
To deliver your order and complete our agreement, we must share specific information with the transport provider. What is shared with them is first name, last name, and address information for delivery. The E-mail address and/or mobile number may also be shared with them (for notification).
The shipping provider we work with are: Postnord.
4.3 Newsletter provider
When you subscribe on our newsletter we share your first name, last name and e-mail address to the newsletter provider in order to keep you updated with information and special offers.
We use Mailchimp to send out newsletters. Mailchimp is an American company. When personal data is transferred to the USA, there is no decision on an adequate level of protection and there is a risk that your personal data is shared with, for example, US authorities as to the USA currently has more intrusive legislation than EU member states are allowed to have regarding personal data protection. In other words, the protection of personal data in the United States is significantly lower than in the EU. However, transfers to the United States are never made without your specific consent, which you can revoke at any time.
Viking Toys can share necessary information to authorities like police, the Swedish tax agency, or other authorities according to the law or with your approval. One example of legal obligation is to hand over information to prevent money laundering and terrorist acts.
Some information will be shared with third part like IT providers, accounting consultants etc. in order to conclude the contract with you and to do updates and other commitments.
Our servers are located in Sweden.
We will not sell any information to third part without your approval.
5. The right of access
You are entitled to obtain all information concerning data stored about your person by us. This will be sent electronically to you.
6. Right to correction
You are entitled to ask us for updating incorrect or inadequate information.
7. The right to be forgotten
You are entitled to, whenever, ask for cancelation of personal information. Exceptions are for legal acts.
8. Responsible for data protection
Viking Toys are responsible for store personal information according to the legal act.
9. Protection of personal information
We use the standard SSL/TLS and one-way hash algorithm timer to store, handle and communicate sensitive personal information and passwords.
10. Information about cookies
According to the law of electronic information each visitor on a website has to be informed about the usage of cookies. A cookie is a small text file which is stored automatically on your end device. Permanent cookies are stored on your device for a certain period of time while session cookies are temporary and will disappear when you close down your browser.

11. Changes of terms and conditions
We reserve the right to make changes in terms and conditions, which will be announced online on this website. When ordering or visiting this website you accept the changes.
12. Dispute and choice of law
In case of a dispute can not be solved in the company, you as a customer can make a complaint to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, www.arn.se (Swedish residence) or to the EU commission, http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We follow the decisions from these organizations.
All disputes are interpreted accordingly to Swedish law.
